a mixed bag of experiences

the location was decent because it was close to shops plus public transport access was easy.
The room i had was dark, and when other people used water it was noisy too, i dont know if this was because of the shower or the laundry though. the kitchen had very few things you need. There wasnt even a tea towel. its a shame.

The room was just what i needed for my quick trip! the bed was super comfy. i really liked the helpful staff. They were very accommodating. breakfasts at the buffet lounge were also pretty good (i enjoyed the variety of food they had).
the room was advertised as having a bathtub, but when i arrived, there was no tub at all.

this location is super close to vic market (that's queen victoria market!) and the free trams. i really liked this, as it made getting around so easy. the proximity to the city center made everything convenient.

the breakfast service was well executed by the staff. the buffet had adequate options (not the most extensive, but very good). the coffee was great too, a perfect way to kickstart the day before heading out and about.

the wifi worked perfectly, both in the lobby and in my room. i liked that there was a tv available in the room (i watched the news). the room also came with a fridge, a kettle. tea bags for a quick beverage.
